Timothy F. Kelleher, Chairman

Timothy F. Kelleher is a Board member since 1991. His banking career spans over 30 years. Mr. Kelleher earned his degree in Economics from Stonehill College in North Easton, Massachusetts.

Dr. Jonathan Sabourin

Dr. Jonathan Sabourin is a board certified podiatric surgeon who is the owner/operator of Coastal Foot & Ankle with offices in Fall River, Massachusetts and Middletown, Rhode Island. Dr. Sabourin grew up in Pawtucket and attended high school at Our Lady of Providence Preparatory Seminary. He then finished his undergraduate degree at Salve Regina University where he had helped the men's hockey team win two division titles. Dr. Sabourin completed his degree in podiatric medicine at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. He then completed his residency internship at St. Vincent's Hospital in New York City. He completed his podiatric surgical training at MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham, Massachusetts. He is a surgical attending for both the Boston University and the Brown University foot and ankle reconstructive surgery residency programs. Dr. Sabourin also is a member of the resident selection committee for the Brown University foot and ankle reconstructive surgery program. Dr. Sabourin is the former president of the Rhode Island Podiatric Medical Association, and is currently a board member. Dr. Sabourin helps many local charities including the Martin Luther King Center in Newport, Rhode Island and the Veterans Association in Fall River, Massachusetts. Dr. Sabourin has a radio show on WSAR called Checking in with Dr. Sabourin and Stephanie, and Elder Affairs on WADK in Newport. Dr. Sabourin has three daughters and lives in Middletown, Rhode Island. When the weather is good, he enjoys fishing for striped bass.

Dr. Katelyn Champine

Dr. Katelyn Champine earned her BA in English and MAT in English from Bridgewater State University. She earned her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Northeastern University. Katelyn has 20 years experience in education including teaching, administration and special education.

Tom Pasternak

Being intimately familiar and overwhelmingly impressed with the high level of care that the residents of Crystal Springs receive on a daily basis, Tom decided to join our Board of Directors in 2010. Having graduated from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in Boston, Tom has been a pharmacist since 1968 and has been the President, Manager and Pharmacist of Walsh Pharmacy on Rock Street in Fall River since 1981. Having even been recognized as ‘Pharmacist of the Year’ in Massachusetts, Tom has truly enjoyed serving the community. Married for over 40 years, Tom has two children and two grandchildren. In addition to serving on the board of Crystal Springs, he was a founding member of the Greater Fall River Diabetes Association and continues to support local charities through the Fall River Diocese.

Carol Gorman

Carol Gorman has her BA in Psychology. She is a Licensed Social Worker and is now a Director of Case Management. In 2017, she obtained her CCM, Certification in Case Management.

Tyler Calder

Tyler is responsible for providing comprehensive wealth management advice to high-net-worth individuals and families, entrepreneurs, business owners, and foundations and endowments throughout the Massachusetts region. He works closely with clients and their advisors to develop financial strategies to help clients meet their current needs and plan for their long-term objectives. Tyler also coordinates the various services his clients require based on their unique needs, including investment management, planning, trust, private banking, and family office services. Tyler holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, concentrating in finance, from Merrimack College. He actively seeks work with nonprofits to help the greater community. He is the current treasurer of Citizens for Juvenile Justice (CfJJ) and is a board member of Crystal Springs Incorporated, which are both 501(c)(3) organizations. He enjoys his nonprofit work, the outdoors, playing golf with family and friends, and spending time in Naples, FL. 

Leo Sullivan

Leo received his BS degree in Textile Technology from U Mass Dartmouth in 1979 and worked for several local textile manufacturers before transitioning into financial services. Citizens Bank and Purpose Financial Group round out his financial employment experience. He has become familiar with Crystal Springs from his wife Debbie’s work at Crystal Springs and participating in the Dr. Manning Golf Tournament and the Celebrate Spring events. He and his wife have two sons and four grandchildren.  When his sons were attending the Bristol Warren Regional Schools, he was elected to a four year term on the School Committee, serving two years as Chair and two years as Vice Chair. He also served on two of their building committees. 

Kara Grew

Kara earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Stonehill College with a minor in Chemistry. She went on to earn a Master’s degree in Public Health from UMass Amherst. She has worked in clinical research for the biotech and pharmaceutical industries for 24 years, with a focus on Oncology research. Kara has a deep interest in supporting children and adults with complex developmental and medical needs and is personally familiar with the distinct needs of those with disabilities. Her brother Keith and her godson Tommy are her inspiration
