Up to $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

  • Children's Services CNA
  • Physical Therapy Assistant

Up to $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

  • Children's Services Behavior Services I

Up to $500 Sign-On Bonus (Adult Services)

  • Assistant Program Director – One Weekend Shift per Week
  • Residential Supporter: 6 am – 9 am, Monday – Friday
  • Community Supporter: 8 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday
  • Second Shift Residential Supporters, Sunday-Wednesday and Thursday-Saturday
  • Third Shift Residential Supported, Sunday-Wednesday and Thursday-Saturday (10-Hour Shift)
 

 

 

Here’s how it works:

  • 25% of your sign-on bonus will be paid after completing your first 90 days of employment.
  • 25% of your sign-on bonus will be paid after completing 180 days.
  • 25% of your sign-on bonus will be paid after completing 270 days.
  • 25% of your sign-on bonus will be paid after completing 360 days.
 

 

 
 

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Employees must be in good standing to remain eligible for each installment.
  • This offer does not apply to relief employees or those with regular schedules of less than 20 hours per week.
  • Bonuses for employees regularly scheduled for less than 40 hours per week will be pro-rated based on their average weekly hours

This sign-on bonus program is subject to change or termination at Crystal Springs’ discretion.
