New Hire Sign-On Bonus Award

$6000 Sign-On Bonus

  • LPN: Night Shifts (11:00 pm to 7:30 am) with Every Other Weekend

Crystal Springs is offering a $6000 sign-on bonus paid in two $3000 increments, the first on day 90 and an additional $3000 upon successfully completing 180 days of service for regularly scheduled positions of twenty hours a week or more. This offer does not apply to relief employees or regular schedules of less than 20 hours per week. Bonuses are prorated for regular schedules less than 40 hours.

$1000 Sign-On Bonus

  • Shift Supervisors
  • Residential Program Directors

Crystal Springs is offering a $1000 sign-on bonus paid in two $500 increments, the first on day 90 and an additional $500 upon successfully completing one year of service for certain regularly scheduled positions of twenty hours a week or more. This offer does not apply to relief employees or regular schedules of less than 20 hours per week. Bonuses are prorated for regular schedules less than 40 hours.

$600 Sign-On Bonus

  • Special Education Teachers
  • Teacher Aides
  • 3rd Shift Residential Direct Support Staff
  • 6 am to 9 am Residential Direct Support Staff

Crystal Springs is offering a $600 sign-on bonus paid in two $300 increments, the first on day 90 and an additional $300 upon successfully completing one year of service for certain regularly scheduled positions of twenty hours a week or more. This offer does not apply to relief employees or regular schedules of less than 20 hours per week. Bonuses are prorated for regular schedules less than 40 hours.

$400 Sign-On Bonus

  • 2nd Shift Residential Direct Support Staff

Crystal Springs is offering a $400 sign-on bonus paid in two $200 increments, the first on day 90 and an additional $200 upon successfully completing one year of service for certain regularly scheduled positions of twenty hours a week or more. This offer does not apply to relief employees or regular schedules of less than 20 hours per week. Bonuses are prorated for regular schedules less than 40 hours.
