Sign on for one of the positions below and Crystal Springs will pay 75% of your sign-on bonus during your first 90 days and an additional 25% upon successful completion of your 180 days. This offer does not apply to relief employees or regular schedules of less than 20 hours per week. Bonuses are prorated for regular schedules less than 40 hours.

Up to $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

  • Special Education Teachers
  • Adaptive Physical Education Teacher
  • Residential Shift Supervisor
  • Part-Time 3rd Shift Residential Supporter – Every Fri & Sat

Up to $2,650 Sign-On Bonus

  • 1st Shift Residential Counselor (16 hours) – Every Sat & Sun
  • 2nd Shift Residential Counselor – Every Other Weekend
  • 2nd Shift Residential Counselor – Float

Up to $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

  • Assistant Program Director – One Weekend Shift per Week
  • Program Director
  • Part Time Morning Shift Residential Counselor – 6:00 am to 9:00 am, Mon – Fri

Up to $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

  • Transition Services Instructor
  • 3rd Shift Residential Counselor – Every Other Weekend
  • 3rd Shift Residential Supporters – Thursday Through Sunday, 10 Hour Shift
  • 3rd Shift Residential Supporter – Sunday Through Wednesday
  • 2nd Shift Residential Supporter – Thursday Through Saturday
  • 2nd Shift Residential Supporter – Sunday Through Wednesday
  • Community Supporter – 8 am to 4 pm, Monday Through Friday

Crystal Springs is offering employees, who are in good standing, the following awards for referrals for certain regularly scheduled positions of twenty hours a week or more who are successfully hired and complete a 90-day period in good standing.

This offer does not apply to relief employees or regular schedules of less than 20 hours per week. Referral Awards are prorated for regular schedules less than 40 hours. All referrals must be processed via Human Resources.
