An important aspect of this process is finding the right caregiver. A caregiver is someone over the age of 18 that can pass all prior checks here at Crystal Springs. Once matched with an individual a caregiver will have various responsibilities such as: ADL care, transportation, community growth and many more. Caregivers here at Crystal Springs will enjoy such perks and support systems such as:
