Referral Bonus Award Program
The referring employee must submit a “Candidate Referral Form” to the Human Resources Department prior to management’s selection of the referred candidate. These forms are available from the Human Resources Department and are available under “All forms-Human Resources” on the server.
The award will be granted to the referring employee once the new hire has successfully completed the 3 month entry level period as a full or part time employee in good standing. The bonus will be given through a regularly scheduled payroll and will be $150 for referring a 40-hour week employee. The bonus will be pro-rated for anyone employed for less than 40 hours a week. Once the referred employee has successfully completed one year of service with Crystal Springs in a full or part time position and is in good standing with the Company, the referring employee will receive another $150 reward if the person hired is 40 hours per week, part time employees will be pro-rated, through a regularly scheduled payroll. If the referring employee is no longer employed at Crystal Springs, no bonus will be awarded.
Employees who are not eligible for this bonus award are those who recruit employees as part of their regular, recurring job and any management official in the supervisory chain of command or other person associated and/or involved with the recruitment, rating or selection of the candidate.
